Move it at the Manor photo's

More than 8,500 residents packed into Sutton’s Manor Park for Smarter Travel Sutton’s second green travel summer festival.

Following a successful event last summer, Move it at the Manor returned and families enjoyed a day of fun activities including stunt bike displays, bicycle try outs, organised rides, bike and skateboard art, bike doctor, circus skills, fitness checks and much more. Entertainment was provided all day in the park by Radio Jackie and top street performers normally found in Covent Garden or at the Edinburgh Festival.

In addition eight local school choirs gave performances at the Millennium Gardens in the High Street and the audience were asked to vote for their favourite choir. Barrow Hedges Infants came out top with their performance of The Runaway Train, winning a prize of £500 for the choir.
