To help your school develop its very own travel plan, London Borough of Sutton has a team of 3 dedicated travel advisors give you and your school any advice and support you might need.

Hermione Brightwell, School Travel Advisor
Hermione has been developing travel plans for schools in Sutton for nearly three years. She has an in-depth knowledge of sustainable transport through working for the charity Sustrans. And thanks to working in a cycle shop in central London, she knows bikes inside out.

Jo Hill, School Travel Advisor
From her time spent teaching, Jo has a hands on understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working within a school environment. Coupled with a background in education welfare, Jo is a tremendous asset to the Smarter Travel Sutton team.

Trevor Lenthall, Schools Cycling Officer
Trevor is a qualified National Standards Cycling Instructor who works with Year 5 and 6 pupils in both Sutton and Surrey. As well as running cycling courses to make sure kids stay safe on the road, he also helps schools set up and get funding for cycle related projects, and created an after school ‘love your bike’ maintenance club. A keen cyclist, Trevor took part in the Etape de Tour in 2006.
